We’ll get your order ready to ride in 1-2 business days after payment clears. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package hits the trail.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping

Note for International Customers: While we ship worldwide, delivery to some Asian and remote areas may not be available. Customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original condition (unused, with tags attached)
  • Must include original packaging (including all protective wrapping for leather goods)
  • Must be accompanied by your original receipt or order number

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Western Bits (due to mouthpiece contact)
  • Custom or special-order saddles
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
