1. The Classic Equine Guarantee

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your item must be:

  • In original condition (unused, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging (including all protective wrapping for leather goods)
  • Accompanied by your original receipt or order number

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Western Bits (due to mouthpiece contact)
  • Custom or special-order saddles
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps like you’d follow a well-marked trail:

  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack your item securely – Use original packaging if possible

3. Return Shipping

You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error. For your protection, we recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service (DHL, FedEx, or USPS Priority)
  • Purchasing shipping insurance for high-value saddles
  • Retaining your tracking number until refund is processed

4. Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund method: Original payment type (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Appearance on statement: 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (standard shipping rates apply).

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your tack arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of:

  • The damaged/wrong item
  • Shipping packaging
  • Product tags/labels

We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement – no need to wait for return processing.
